Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return unopened products for a full refund. This right is not subject to any condition or penalty.
Eligible for Return: Products in unopened, undamaged packaging with all seals intact. The product must be in its original condition.
Not Eligible for Return: Once a product has been opened or the seal broken, it cannot be returned due to food safety regulations and the nature of dietary supplements. This is a legal requirement for food products.
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return address.
Step 3: Ship the Product
Pack the unopened product securely and ship it to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (the courier who delivered the order).
If your product arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is free. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately. Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund with no restocking fee.
Refunds are not available for: products that have been opened or used; products without the original seal intact; products damaged due to customer mishandling; orders cancelled after shipment has begun.
We currently ship only within the United States. Return and refund policies apply to all US deliveries.
This return policy provides rights in addition to any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Complaining to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or your state consumer protection agency does not require you to first follow this policy.
